A week in Paris – Classics, castles and some French food & wine
Paris-Toujours was an excellent option for my travels to Paris and nearby sights. Laurence is extremely helpful and planned the ideal trip based on my interests and her knowledge of the many things to do in Paris. My favorite aspects were the flexibility and variety of my itinerary. I could start the trip in the middle of the week and still have guided tours of the sights unlike other, larger companies whose dates are more rigid and the groups are much larger, making for a less personalized experience. I also cannot emphasize how great it was to have a mix of traditional tourist spots like the Eiffel Tour and Notre Dame combined with unconventional experiences such as taking a French pastry making class and wine tasting. Laurence also built in time to do some unguided exploration of my own, which made for a great mix exploring the historical and present faces of Paris. I highly recommend Paris-Toujours regardless of whether you have a short or long stay in and around Paris.
Paris is delicious year-round. Spring (April–June) and fall (September–November) highlight exceptional seasonal products. Winter brings comforting specialties and exquisite truffles.
